Saul 01:36, 10 January 2006 (EST): I just wanted to state (especially to Stephan K.) that I am performing an extensive edit of his original tutorial. In general, this is not a good thing for tutorials. My extensive rewrite of Stephan's work is mainly being undertaken in an attempt to use the enhanced features of MediaWiki.
