Hello, i've got a TASCAM US-224 and i apply this page for make it work.
But when i make "usx2yloader", it return: "no US-X2Y-compatible cards found"
I read the FAQ and i make "ps aux |grep usx" and "ps aux|grep us428" to find if another usx2yloader or us428control is on run, but the answer is negative ... No other on run ...

If i make "usx2yloader -u /proc/bus/usb/00x/00x", i have this answer :
" usx2yloader: cannot open the index file /usr/share/alsa/firmware/usx2yloader/us224.conf "

I'm ubuntu Edgy 6.10 on a Compaq Presario V5000
